In addition to its natural amenities, Water Oak also features several resident parks with trailheads, pools, picnic pavilions, a variety of play centers, overlooks, community buildings, and smaller parks dispersed throughout the community.

The model home, located at 1108 Winding Way, is open from Monday to Thursday, and Saturdays from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.
Education – School District
The Water Oak neighborhood is located in the Georgetown Independent School District. Plans for the Water Oak neighborhood include a Georgetown elementary school located inside the development. The area was carefully designed to ensure safety for children walking and biking to school.
