After a long and relaxing summer break, it can be hard to get your kids back in the swing of things. But, with a little preparation, you can get them back to a regular schedule in no time. How can you accomplish this? Here’s a look at a couple of tips to get you and your kids back-to-school ready:
- Get your kids back on a regular sleep schedule
- Shop for school supplies – and don’t forget an agenda!
- Set a routine – and stick to it!
- Organize backpack & supplies
- Set goals for the school year (other than good grades)
- Designate a study space for your children
- Keep a family calendar to organize holidays/activities. Take this one step further by using a color coding system to match family member to activity.
