Sheila Evans is a dedicated and experienced real estate professional who has been proudly serving the Greater Austin area since becoming a licensed agent in 2007. A native Texan and second-generation Realtor, Sheila grew up in the Highland Lakes area, where she began learning the real estate business from her mother at an early age. Her passion lies in helping clients buy and sell homes and land throughout Central Texas and the Hill Country, combining her deep-rooted knowledge of the region with a fierce commitment to customer service and expert negotiation skills.
Sheila’s collaborative spirit led her to found the local Business Networking Group (BNI) in Georgetown, where her enthusiasm and success have earned her numerous awards. Professionally, she has been honored as the Best of Georgetown Gold Individual Realtor and has received the Five Star Realtor Award for an impressive eleven consecutive years. As a member of The Power of 4 Team, Sheila values reciprocal business referrals and community support. Her team has been recognized as Platinum Top 50 Team Finalists and recipients of both the Century 21 Centurion and Quality Service Awards.
With a strong personal connection to the area, Sheila offers her clients not only professional insight but also firsthand experience. She and her husband, Tim, purchased and renovated a 1926 historical home on Main Street in Georgetown—an effort that was featured in The Heritage Society’s Holiday Home Tour. Their shared passion for restoration and local heritage gives Sheila a unique perspective on the home buying, selling, and renovation process.
Sheila and Tim have three grown children and love spending time with family and friends, dining locally, and exploring all that Georgetown has to offer. Her personal and professional knowledge of the community makes her an invaluable resource for anyone looking to make Georgetown and the surrounding areas their home.
