Meet Kary and Her Family

Kary grew up in the beautiful state of New Mexico and earned her degree at New Mexico State University, where she also met her husband, Cuan. After launching their careers in Sacramento, California, and later in Austin, Texas, they found their forever home in Georgetown, Texas. Now longtime residents of Central Texas—over 20 years and counting—they’ve fully embraced the charm, scenic beauty, and strong sense of community that the Hill Country has to offer.

Kary and Cuan live in The Woods neighborhood of Georgetown, where they’ve built lasting friendships and stay deeply involved in their church community. Kary is a seasoned real estate professional with 19 years of experience and currently serves clients through the Power of 4 Team in downtown Georgetown. Cuan is a Certified Financial Planner (CFP) with Edward D. Jones.

Kary is the very definition of a professional businesswoman. Her ability to guide clients through the often stressful process of a real estate transaction is nothing short of remarkable.

Whether it’s her calm reassurance, her steady optimism, or her talent for finding light at the end of the tunnel, Kary brings a steady hand and a warm smile to everything she does. Family is at the heart of everything Kary and Cuan do. Their son, Cameron, is 18 and set to begin his college journey at Texas A&M University, while their daughter, Madison, is a 16-year-old student preparing for her junior year at Georgetown High School.
