This is what the designers and planners of Georgetown Village had in mind when they developed the concept for Georgetown Village, one of Georgetown’s most desirable neighborhoods northwest of historic downtown Georgetown Texas. The developers were determined to secure that home town community feeling by providing large open spaces, neighborhood parks and pools, street lamps , gazebos, a community activity center and homes designed with large front porches large backyards. When you take a drive through the community you will instantly recognize that this neighborhood is considerably different than the standard cookie cutter subdivisions.

A Family Friendly Community

It has 9 miles of tree shaded walking trails, its own elementary school that has consistently gotten exemplary ratings from the Texas Education Agency. The Village Commons – This established neighborhood is near the elementary school and community pool.

The Meadows – This neighborhood features a large park with a children’s play area.

The Bellaire – The newest neighborhood with new parks, soccer fields, a neighborhood activities center and pool.

The Bluffs – Adjacent to the school with a short walk to the pool.
